The Federal Capital Territory has confirmed the death of it’s Head of FCTA Civil Service, Mrs Grace Adayilo.
Late Dr. Mrs Grace Adayilo is the first and indigenous FCT Head of Service
The FCT Minister Barr. Nyesom Wike is expected to join the family of the late head of service today on a condolence visit.
She died early hours of today
